Gracie would like to say... she just survived hosting her first ever charity gala dinner! and out of the blue, we managed to raise over 1 million dollars.

Thank god it's Friday and I need sleep!

Belated Xmas and Pre-New Year Dinner

It was suppose to be a quiet Monday evening; however, a special friend gave us a call and suggested to go for dinner - MY CHOICE and on the house! Woot!
Seriously, how can i say no to FOOD! Especially if it's GOOD!

So I chose somewhere I've never been....

Not knowing what to expect, I was a lil' nervous for a bit!


WOW!!!! Simple and sublime...looks promising!


I mean come one, the food has to be good, yeah! BUTTER that looks this good must mean something!


So, it was truffle season, i never really tried it before this and it was FUN!
We shared the Scrambled eggs and crab topped with white truffle


And the chef pushed his trolley out with a mini scale, and began shaving the truffle in front of us!
woohoo!!!

Suckling pig.... looks BLEH simple but it was awesome!!!! I brought Nikko and Mandy for N's bday, he was jumping with joy!!!

and towards the end of the meal, Gracie requested for Creme Brulee!
i must say it was HEAVENLY!!!! i was almost floating away.....

I made a visit a month after...and I can't wait to go back again! Somebody better give me a reason to go back - SOON!!!

I swear it must be a new year resolution thing!
I'm in such a great mood to be a better version of GRACE, i was talking about me...hahaha

You have no idea how great it is to get 2 days off from the smoky dungeon!

Aside from that, I'm also particularly proud that a friend of mine did his first ever interview feature today, which I sorta initiated and fully facilitated! RAH RAH RAH... Aint no bragging yo! ok..maybe just a lil'
It's a small gesture, but knowing that you've helped to build this small lil' stepping stone for a friend, DANG it feels AWESOME!

I really am not sure why I'm receiving good comments about this place; but I know you guys seem to love this so much, so I'm showing you the place in a bigger spectrum.
Hmm, the place isn't big; but it's good enough cos it's a like a mini playground filled with bench seats, and adorned with artificial grass. A great place for college love birds or anyone who loves an occational (or frequent) sweet treat! Hence, I call it a playground, hmm, or maybe a playschool!



So, I mentioned before that each flavour is played our by a kooky character. It's so fun reading this on the website!

As I stood at the counter, staring at the menu, salivating (mentally), I was torn between the AGENT STRAWBERRY, GRUMBLING RAISINS, NUTTY PEANUT BUTTER & VANILLA POT!
THe Strawberry and Peanut Butter/Vanilla were at a tie, haha, but I was told Strawberry's one of their top picks, so i went for it!



My strawberry milkshake, the infamous AGENT STRAWBERRY! YUMZ! There's no turning back!
They come in 2 sizes, this is the mini version, priced at S$3.30. Not too bad for a GOOOOOD milkshake.
Made with skim milk and 100% fresh strawberries... you know you're in good hands!

Hmm...don't think I'll be dropping by Maccas anytime soon...

Our friend tried the chocolate truffle castle, and i got mama the GRUMBLING RAISINS!!!
Kudos..me love it lots for the use of RUM! It's a well liquored chilled cream, WOOTZ!!! Highly recommended!
